If you rip the rail mount off the bar mount of a magma grill it slips nicely into a scotty downrigger mount for full 360 push button rotation and still removes with no tools.

Epoxy filled then liberally coated with 5200 for that feel good water-tightness. bilge basket set down lightly on 5200 with a blob under each screw hole

Hole sawed my way down just about 1/4 inch to check balsa and create absorbent surfaces. I could actually see color change from wet to dry as I drilled outward and that was good to see.
