 Dinghy outboard motor mount. 
I wanted a way to mount the dinghy ob motor without drilling holes in the fiberglass.  This bracket slips in between the transom and rail and is secured by the ob motor mounts.

Made from 4 each 1/2" pieces of marine plywood and an eye bolt for the lock.
