fuel tanks removed

Tanks had to be removed to properly install kicker plate and trim tabs. This was more time consuming than anticipated but only because each tank had 18 gallons of fuel to remove first.

Note kicker mount installed first to ensure proper tab clearance.


 

Tab pump and control module in starboard lazarette

Pump was anchored with L brackets to the wood base of lazarette. The control module was attached to the screw entering from the motor well cooler rack bracket.

Note that the cover was left off the pump because of insufficient overhead clearance and because it should have little or no direct water exposure.

Had to pull the wheel off to drill the holes. Not too hard.
