Pieces (LED anchor light, Tri-lens radar reflector, assorted pipes & mounting clamp) acquired separately. Assembled after a visit to local welder.

It's from "welcome-aboard.com" - same folks who make v-berth sleeping bags. They make more than one size, so measure your hatch carefully. Installation a little tricky given irregularities in the ceiling and lack of exact size match. Has worked flawlessly for 3-4 years now
