We are using a Fulton mount, but I want to use a mounting plate to mount the kicker mount. The mount and motor slides into this low profile mount. Make sense?

Must clear the trim tab. Must not interfere witht the main. Must tilt up. This position is a little far to the starboard side, but with the kicker raised, will work.

I plan to attach a rod from the main to the kicker. This way I can steer from the helm. I have pretty good access to the kicker from the cockpit.

Kicker full up, tilted in its second position. It can be tilted full up, but its close. Needed the room between the main because a sharp turn would have the main striking the tiller handle on the kicker.
