Petersburg-DSC06488 Older fishing boat, still in use.

I have photos of that boat in my album here from our 2010 & 2012 Southeast Alaska cruises. First saw it in Port Alexander & then later in Petersburg. It was built in 1918, so is now 96 years old. I would live to see it again up there when it's 100.

2018 Update. "Osprey" was still in Petersburg harbor at Christmas time, 2018. I've put pictures of the boat in my "Petersburg" album

2020 Update - No sign of "Osprey" in Petersburg Harbor in Dec 2019 or Feb 2020. Hope she is just resting somewhere warm and dry for the winter.

May, 2021 Update - Repainted white, and in a different slip, but back in the water! See Pictures in "Petersburg" Album.

December, 2023 Update - Couldn't find Osprey in the harbor, but heard that she is still around.
