Generally cleaned up wiring runs in the cabin and helm area. Added fans, LED lamps, 12v plugs, reading lamps above berth, etc. Added charger under galley and invertor next to helm.  Rewired the whole electrical panel.

Made kicker lock from aluminum square tubing, split down one side, and drilled for a padlock.  The plastic coated steel types don't last long in salt water. 
Also note the bracket to rig trolling motor steering link to main motor.

Added a second axle and SS disc brakes to trailer.  Boat came with one 3500 lb axle.  That seemed to light for the job.  Trips to Key West and Lake Powell were uneventful.

Mounted it on an angle on the outboard side of the throttle mount.  It's out of the way and yet handy when needed.

This answers the question of how do I store the coffee pot without it rattling around and going everywhere.  Notched PVC tubing screwed to the bulkhead.

I added this motorized windshield wiper.  It bolted into the old mount hole.  It came with a new arm and blade, but I modified it to use the same items as on the port side.  Self parking.

While the WW motor works great, one speed was either to fast or to slow.  I added this adjustable delay behind a panel on the helm.
