Is it a genuine CQR or a copy???
It was made in Scotland.
From: Jack in Alaska (Jack in Alaska) Fri Oct 4 23:24:26 2013
My Bruce anchor kept pulling loose in 150' of water with 5 knot current so I replaced it with the CQR and just grunt it up each time. It has never slipped.
From: Jack in Alaska (Jack in Alaska) Sat Feb 6 11:28:51 2016
Lost my CQR in summer of 2015 in 150' of water. Anchor line got fowled in the prop and we had to cut it lose.

See picture #49 to see how it looked originally.

The entire port side used to be a bench seat all the way to the bulkhead. With a little careful skil saw work and a new seat the 1st mate can now face forward to see the sights.
From: Tug (Tug) Sun Feb 5 21:10:22 2012
Neat seat, looks very wide.Would make excellant replacement seats for my Angler.Where did you pick these up?

The carpet is nice but collects "fuzzies" and they are hard to clean off.
From: Jack in Alaska (Jack in Alaska) Fri Jun 3 04:49:40 2011
added new grab handles for safer access from a ladder.
From: Jack in Alaska (Jack in Alaska) Fri Aug 5 14:54:08 2011
Got rid of the roller. It was too small of a target when coming onto the trailer in 3-4' waves.
