first trip through Deception Pass

There is no experience like having Les and Cathy rig a new boat for you, and then to pick her up and take her through Deception Pass for the first ride! We had to travel 3,100 miles for that experience, and we will never forget it.

Thanks for the pics looks great.


 

I think the two screws used to install the door holder may have caused the window to shatter. I ground them down so they would not contact the edge of the new window.

door lock taken apart. The dead bolt is tricky to get out. See next picture.

Oh my God! Some assembly required....


 

This shows the effect of masking. Excess urethane can be easily trimmed from the glass but not the frame.

Yeah, Barry. That stuff is so gooey but still sticky. It kinda "oozes" when the weather is hot enough.

Now, that's a great idea and a nice application of technology!! I'll have to try to figure out how to do it on widespaced TC255 150 engines the next time I haul Thataway! Thanks!!
