On my way to Rio Vista I saw this craft about 8ft long. Then I saw a USGS boat on the oppsite shore. I think this was a bottom survey vessel.

It might be a striper fyke trap.The F&G has been doing striper tagging from Antioch up to Knnight's Landing the past two months
