Mini Jacker Install
From: Fairbanks Fisher (Fairbanks Fisher) Tue Aug 4 21:25:34 2009
1/2 inch stainless bolts - 4 inch top and 3 inch bottom with stainless washers inside and outside, stainless nylock nuts and stainless fender washers inside transom under standard washers. All SAE 2 course thread.

Just another view of kicker plate.

FF: Great job on the mini-jacker install. Very professional looking. I cringe thinking about drilling holes in the transom. :-( Peter

Final install of Mini Jacker bracket and 9.9 kicker. Note that there is good trim tab clearance. Also note that the engine mount does not sit directly on top of Mini Jacker plate. In order for the clamp screw arms to clear the transom, the engine had to be raised approx 5/8 of an inch.

Although the fit looks tight, the kicker has good turning clearance with the main down and stationary and has full turning clearance with the main tilted. Note that with the starboard side install, the front left located tiller handle is not impeded by the motor well side.

Plenty of control cable/kicker clearance when kicker is fully tilted.
