1st Atlantic Salmon of the year-only 8# but they sure fight. About 1/2 hour earlier I had one hit and nearly tore my rod holder off the boat , but the line broke at the split ring. FUN!

Took my sled off the front and back stands and put the sled on rollers.
Sled sold ..Sept. 2015 I will walk to my ice hut..great exercise and better for you.

August 27/2015. Took rear stand off snowmobile and placed on roller, easier to do now. Probably will sell my sled, it's a killer on my back and neck.

The deer turned back because of the fishing boats. Yesterday I saw a huge Surgeon leap straight up right out of the water. Great stuff.

Found these poloriod pictures that I took about 10 years ago.The usa Army Corp of Engineers built a temporary bridge from Sugar Island Michigan to Garden River Ontario just in case some-one blew up the International Bridge.

12/06/2016 used MinWax Wood Finish..235 Cherry Stain for the Bulkhead. Light is poor with shadows ...I will take another picture tomorrow in better light conditions.

June 26/2016 **** Re-stained with Varathane Ultimate Wood Stain...my pervious attempt with Min-Wax peeled when I attempted to cover it with a Polyurethane sealer.
