10x5x4 blade Solas high thrust prop on kicker was really one of the best investments made. Much better thrust, smoother running, trolls down almost nothing for Kokanee and trout.

08 additions, new 90 etec 25" shaft; 9.9 Johnson 20" kicker, both on jack plates. Transom was reinforced with 24"x17" 6061 1/2" plate on outside; 5/8 x7 x 24 plate inside well and 6x6x3/8 backer plates under the well. She got new Seastar hydraulics and a Raymarine s1000 auto pilot.

Need to add the permatrim back on but not crazy about drilling all those holes. Next photo shows the plate and CMC jack plate, the bottom 1/2 of the alum. plate is hard to see(painted to match bottom scheme.
