Hi Casey,
It looks like you tied the bridle to your port and stbd cleats. Is that a better position than the eye bolts lower down on the transom?

No, didn't use the cleats. We had previously mounted two HD bow eyes (with hefty backing plates...) on the transom near the corners for towing; works like a charm. We rigged the port and starboard stern lines with a double bowline, attached the towline, and off we went (slowly).
