Stopped at Belle Isle. Got a $93.00 ticket for this. Sympathy donations being accepted. Edit... $160.00 total plus lost wages and fuel for court appearances. I will never willingly visit Detroit again.

Just what the picture shows. I stopped on a vacant beach with no posted signs and got a misdemeanor no parking ticket on the water.

When I went to court, drug dealers, prostitutes, and other criminals walked away free because the officers didn't show. Not my luck, I was a guy from the "suburbs".
